  1. What is your mental state like these days? Are you feeling anxious, fearful, composed? Take a moment, and just review your mental overall feeling.
  2. So much of our life depends upon our mental and emotional well being: What are some things we can do to help our mental state? Exercise and going outdoors counts! As those greatly impact our mental health.
  3. What tricks do you play in your mind, that erode your confidence, that diminish your faith, that lessen your love for others? Can you speak to the mental tricks you play on yourself? Name them?
  4. Imagine that Jesus is with you, present, sitting beside you: How would you share with him how you feel mentally right now? Share with him your doubts, confusion, anger, or fear, share with him your apathy, your greed, or what ever is dominating your mental landscape. How does he respond? What action does he do to let you know he's with you? Does he speak or stay silent? Does his face communicate something to you?
  5. Off the Wall: Art informs our imagination. How have you been consuming art in this season? Is it consumption like eating potato chips? Or are you seeking out art that can inform your imagination in positive and healthy ways?
