Exodus:32:35-33:23
  1. What is something you like, that costs you some form of suffering or struggle?

  2. Sometimes that struggle or suffering doesn't result in results that you can experience. Instead, other people will know the benefits of your sacrifice. What are ways humans can take on restrictions or suffering in their life where the benefits might not be felt directly by them?

  3. One of the major themes introduced in this text is, "Outside the camp." The place where people who did not fit into the community properly would be found. Where in your life do you feel "Inside the camp?" Where in your life do you feel, "Outside the Camp?" At work, at school, at home, in sports … what areas do you feel inside, or outside the camp?

  4. In the areas where you feel "inside the camp" - can you identify people who are outside the camp? Can you name people in your circles of interaction who would be feeling, "outside the camp" of a camp you are insider to? Is there some way God might be asking you to approach them or extend some form of hospitality to them?

  5. Off the Wall: How can art make someone feel welcome or not? How can the art of a space create a boundary of insider/outsider?
