Psalm 32
1) Have you ever experienced the joy and freedom that David describes in Ps 32, either from confession and forgiveness of sin or from some other good news?
2) How do you know when God is putting his finger on something he wants you to confess, as opposed to something that is coming from another source? How can you distinguish between good guilt and bad guilt?
3) Is regular confession, personally and/or corporately, important to the life of the church body? If so, how?
4) What do you feel is the place of confessing our sins to one another?  (See James 5:16) Should it become part of our spiritual practice? Why or why not?
5) Off the wall: What metaphor or image represents confession and forgiveness to you?
